  • GoSelfit offers optional in-app subscriptions that enhance user experience through exclusive features such as analytics, challenges, and rewards tracking.
  • Payments for subscriptions are securely processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Participation in Challenges:
  • Users contribute a challenge amount for challenges. These amounts are allocated to the rewards pool and are not mandatory for app usage.

Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds:
  • Refunds for subscriptions are governed by the respective app store's refund policy.
  • Users should directly contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store for subscription refund requests.
Challenge Amount Refunds:
  • Challenge amounts are non-refundable once a challenge has commenced.
  • If a challenge is cancelled due to technical issues or operational reasons, the amount will be refunded to the user's registered UPI ID in the app.

Rewards Payout

  • Rewards are distributed based on performance in skill-based challenges.
  • Payouts are processed directly to the UPI ID or bank account registered by the user, subject to verification.
  • GoSelfit deducts a nominal platform administration fee before distributing rewards.

Billing and Subscriptions

  • Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through their respective app store account settings.
  • Cancelation halts future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.
