Welcome to Selfit! Selfit is a fitness motivation app designed to reward users for achieving personal fitness goals through skill, effort, and measurable activities. By downloading or using the Selfit app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Selfit app.
- By using Selfit, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are physically fit to undertake physical activities. Consult a physician before engaging in exercise if needed.
Purpose of the App
- Selfit is a fitness and health app that motivates users to achieve personal fitness goals.
- Rewards are based on measurable efforts, such as distance run, speed, and consistency. No element of chance, gambling, or luck is involved in the rewards system.
Challenge and Entry Amounts
- Users may participate in challenges by committing an entry amount tied to their goals.
- All entry amounts contribute to a rewards pool that is distributed among qualifying participants based on pre-defined criteria such as Activity Scores and other performance metrics.
- Challenge and subscription amounts are used to administer rewards and sustain the platform.
Rewards Distribution
- Rewards are determined solely by user performance.
- Selfit employs an Activity Score system that evaluates factors like distance, speed, and consistency in relation to your set goals.
- Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on achieving your personal fitness targets or competing in multiplayer challenges as outlined in the app.
- In multiplayer challenges:
- The rewards pool is distributed based on pre-defined rules such as "Winner Takes All" or "Relative Distribution."
- Selfit retains a percentage of the rewards pool as a platform fee for administration.
Refunds and Cancellation
- Once an entry amount is committed to a challenge, it is non-refundable except in cases where the challenge is canceled by Selfit or due to technical issues.
- Any unused account balance may be withdrawn, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold as specified in the app.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
- Selfit does not guarantee fitness results. Participation in physical challenges is at your own risk.
- Selfit is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from participation in challenges. Users are advised to exercise responsibly and consult a physician if necessary.
Use of Data
- Selfit collects and processes data such as location, heart rate (via third-party integrations like Google Fit and Apple Health), and activity metrics solely for the purpose of tracking performance and calculating rewards.

Fair Play and Fraud Prevention
- Users must not engage in fraudulent or dishonest behavior, such as manipulating activity data or using unauthorized third-party software to influence results.
- Selfit reserves the right to disqualify users who violate fair play standards or these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
- Selfit is provided "as is," without any guarantees of uninterrupted service or fitness results.
- Selfit is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Payments
Selfit enables users to participate in challenges and access rewards by contributing a challenge amount. All payouts are directly processed to the UPI ID registered with the app, ensuring seamless and transparent transactions.
Challenge Amounts in Challenges
- Users contribute a challenge amount to join challenges, which is allocated to the rewards pool.
- Selfit deducts a nominal platform administration fee from the pool for operational purposes.
- The challenge amount directly corresponds to challenge goals and is used for rewarding successful participants based on performance.
Subscription Features
- Users contribute a challenge amount to join challenges, which is allocated to the rewards pool.

Refunds
Subscription Refunds:
- Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
- Requests for refunds should be made directly through the respective app store.
Challenge Amount Refunds:
- Challenge amounts are non-refundable once a challenge has started.
- If a challenge is canceled by Selfit due to technical or operational issues, the challenge amount will be refunded to your Selfit wallet, which you can use for future challenges or withdraw to your registered UPI ID.
Technical Issues
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if technical issues prevent fair challenge execution.
Rewards Payout
- Individual Challenges: Rewards are based on your performance relative to the challenge goals.
- Multiplayer Challenges: Rewards are distributed from the pooled challenge amounts as per predefined criteria:
- Winner Takes All: The top performer receives 80% of the pool.
- Relative Distribution: Rewards are shared among qualified participants based on activity scores.
- Direct Payouts to UPI ID:
- All rewards are paid directly to the UPI ID registered with Selfit.
- Users must ensure their UPI ID is accurate and verified to receive payouts.
Non-Refundable Items
- Rewards are calculated based on skill and performance metrics and are not refundable.
- Administrative fees deducted from challenge amounts are non-refundable.
UPI Payouts
- Selfit ensures fast and secure payouts directly to the user’s registered UPI ID.
- Payouts are processed instantly when the activity validity time is over.
Billing for Subscriptions
- Subscription payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Users can cancel subscriptions at any time via their app store account settings.
- Canceling a subscription halts future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.
Dispute Resolution
- Users can raise concerns about payments or payouts by contacting Selfit support at itsupport@goselfit.com.
- Refund requests or disputes regarding subscriptions must follow the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
Compliance with App Store Policies
- Payments for subscriptions are processed by the app stores and not through direct UPI transactions.
- Direct payouts of rewards through UPI ID pertain solely to performance-based rewards and align with the app's skill-based purpose.
- The app does not promote gambling, and all challenges are skill-based, emphasizing effort and measurable outcomes.
